Spanish Wells Bahamas Vacation Rental Photos Check Availabilty Calendar This lovely pink cottage is located in quiet Russell Island, just over the bridge from the quaint fishing village of Spanish Wells. This is direct ocean-front property, and you have Atlantic ocean access. This is a quiet enough area to relax, but yet close enough to drive your golf cart to town to modern conveniences and Spanish Wells beaches. We highly recommend you rent a golf cart to get around the island. We also own the Blue Crab Cottage, which is on the lot directly behind the Pink Hibiscus (also available as a separate rental). We have two adult bicycles and one two-person kayak at the Pink Hibiscus for your recreational enjoyment. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished with cookware, towels, linens, etc. Central A/C Satellite TV with 2 televisions (one in living room, one in main bedroom) DVD & CD player Washer/Dryer Rented Cell phone available 1 two-person kayak with life jackets 2 adult bicycles with helmets. 4-person maximum allowed in this unit. Renter(s) must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or authorized adult at least 21 years old. Minimum one-week rental required. Rental Rates $1350 per week (Except week of Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving & Easter is $1500 per week) 2-week rental rate is $2400 3-week rental rate is $3500 4-week rental rate is $4200 Security Deposit: $300 (this will be refunded after departure as long as there is no damage). ***A golf cart rental is recommended. We can provide you with referrals. Payment Policy: Pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental fee (including security deposit) to secure the booking, along with the signed & date rental contract that we will send to you by email, fax or mail. Pay the remaining 50% due within 60 days of your rental date. We do not accept credit cards, just personal checks or certified funds. Checks must clear the bank before your rental date. Upon full payment of your rental, we will email you with pertinent information (such as Caretaker contact, directions to the home, etc.) Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled stay, there will be a $300 cancellation fee unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame you booked.
