 Pink Hibiscus Ocean View Eleuthera House Rental - Pink Hibiscus Cottage (brand new, built 2008) Spanish Wells Eleuthera Vacation House Photos Photos Check Availability Calendar This lovely pink cottage is located in quiet Russell Island, just over the bridge from the quaint fishing village of Spanish Wells. This is direct ocean-front property, and you have Atlantic ocean access. This is a quiet enough area to relax, but yet close enough to drive your golf cart to town to modern conveniences and Spanish Wells beaches. We highly recommend you rent a golf cart to get around the island. We also have some adult bicycles and kayaks for your recreational enjoyment. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished with cookware, towels, linens, etc. Central A/C Cable TV with 2 televisions (one in living room, one in main bedroom) DVD & CD player Washer/Dryer Telephone Internet Service Kayaks with life jackets Adult bicycles 4-person maximum allowed in this unit. Renter(s) must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or authorized adult at least 21 years old. No pets without prior approval. This is a non-smoking property. Minimum 4-day stay required, except Christmas-New Year's week requires one week minimum. Spanish Wells Eleuthera House Rental Rates 4 day minimum rental rate $700 1-week rental rate $1,150 2-week rental rate $2,100 3-week rental rate $2,900 4-week rental rate $3,400 A 10% Bahamian Government Rental Tax will be added to each reservation. Security Deposit: $300 (this will be refunded after departure as long as there is no damage). We also offer a $45 non-refundable damage waiver insurance plan in lieu of a security deposit. ***A golf cart rental is recommended. We can provide you with referrals. Payment Policy: Pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental fee cost (including rental tax, security deposit/damage waiver) to secure the booking, along with the signed & dated rental contract that we will send to you by email, fax or mail or by our secure reservation system. The remaining 50% balance is due within 60 days of your rental date. If your rental date is 60 days or less away, we require payment in full to reserve. For rental payments, we accept $US checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, E-check, Western Union, and PayPal. Rental Payment must be in $US dollars and must clear the bank prior to the rental date. Upon full payment of your rental, we will email you with pertinent information (such as Caretaker contact, directions to the home, etc.) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of your reservation within 60 days are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame you booked for the same amount.
