 Rainbow Beach - a few steps from the front door Eleuthera Vacation Rental - Key Lime Cottage - New In 2008 Check Availability Calendar Lovely lime-painted Eleuthera vacation rental, located in the popular Rainbow Bay Eleuthera area, and a few steps across the street to the fabulous Rainbow Bay Beach (located in front of the house) on the Caribbean side. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished with cookware, towels, linens, etc. Central A/C, Satellite TV with 2 televisions (one in living room, one in main bedroom), DVD & CD player, Washer/Dryer, Telephone. 4-person maximum allowed in this Eleuthera beach house. Renter(s) must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or authorized adult at least 21 years old. No pets without prior approval. This is a non-smoking property. Minimum 4-day stay required, except Christmas-New Year's week requires one week minimum. Eleuthera Vacation Rental Rates - Rainbow Bay Eleuthera Beach House 4 day minimum rental rate $700 1-week rental rate $1,150 2-week rental rate $2,100 3-week rental rate $2,900 4-week rental rate $3,400 A 10% Bahamian Government Rental Tax will be added to each reservation. Security Deposit: $300 (this will be refunded after departure as long as there is no damage). We also offer a $45 non-refundable damage waiver insurance plan in lieu of a security deposit. ***A car rental is recommended. We can provide you with a referral. Payment Policy: Pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental fee cost (including rental tax, security deposit/damage waiver) to secure the booking, along with the signed & dated rental contract that we will send to you by email, fax or mail or by our secure reservation system. The remaining 50% balance is due within 60 days of your rental date. If your rental date is 60 days or less away, we require payment in full to reserve. For rental payments, we accept $US checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, E-check, Western Union, and PayPal. Rental Payment must be in $US dollars and must clear the bank prior to the rental date. Upon full payment of your rental, we will email you with pertinent information (such as Caretaker contact, directions to the home, etc.) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of your reservation within 60 days are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame you booked for the same amount.
