Renter(s) must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or authorized adult at least 21 years old. ELEUTHERA VACATION RENTAL SPECIAL! This offer is valid for any Eleuthera vacation rental booking made from now until December 31, 2008 for any stay in 2008 or 2009. Minimum one-week rental required. Eleuthera Vacation Rental Rates 1-week rental rate is $1200. 2-week rental rate is $2300. 3-week rental rate is $3400. 4-week rental rate is $4000. Premium holiday rate for Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving & Easter is $1500 per week. Security Deposit: $300 (this will be refunded after departure as long as there is no damage). ***A car rental is recommended. We can provide you with referrals. Payment Policy: Pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental fee (including security deposit) to secure the booking, along with the signed & date rental contract that we will send to you by email, fax or mail. Pay the remaining 50% due within 60 days of your rental date. We do not accept credit cards, just personal checks or certified funds. Checks must clear the bank before your rental date. Upon full payment of your rental, we will email you with pertinent information (such as Caretaker contact, directions to the home, etc.) Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled stay, there will be a $300 cancellation fee unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame you booked.
